Have gear instead of cash?
We take new and gently-used hiking, camping, water, and bike gear — plus bulk and brand donations.
We don't hide the math.
Outside the City spends roughly 85¢ of every dollar directly on participant programming — gear, transport, guides, food, and overnight stays. The rest covers the bare-minimum operations needed to keep the lights on.
We publish an annual impact report and Form 990 for full transparency. Major donors and partners get quarterly reporting.
