WHAT IS TEEN HEALTH, INC?

Teen Health- is a California based Non-Profit- 501 (c)(3). Our mission is to support teens and young adults with via US and International programs and events. We also provide a diverse array of natural foods to non-profits that support teens and their families.

WHAT TYPES OF PRODUCTS DO YOU OFFER?

Our product categories range from nutrition to health and wellness to fitness. We carry leading natural product brands including ready-to-eat snacks, foods, and supplements.

ARE ALL OF THE PRODUCTS ON THE SITE GMO-FREE?

All of the items are 100% GMO-free either by way of third-party certification and/or have an ingredient makeup that is 100% free of GMOs. We recommend that you always read labels and packaging before consuming or using a product.

HOW DO I CONTACT TEEN HEALTH SUPPORT?

Our office hours are from 9 AM - 5 PM PST Monday through Friday. Our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday as well as national holidays. You can reach us by email at info@teenhealth.us.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?

All new orders placed will be shipped within three business days of when the order is received. For tracking on your shipments please email us at info@teenhealth.us.

ARE TEEN HEALTH PRODUCTS OFFERED INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time our products are available only in the US.

WHAT DO I DO IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Sometimes shipping is not so nice to the boxes and so damage can occur. If an item in your box is opened, damaged or otherwise not usable please take a few pictures of A) The Item in Question and B) The Box Itself and email us at support@teenhealth.us. One of our representatives will contact you.
